Time Management

As defined by Wikipedia, time management is “the process of planning and exercising conscious control of time spent on specific activities, especially to increase effectiveness, efficiency, or productivity”. Whoa. That’s a lot to take in; let’s break it down.

Basically, you plan your day in a way that saves time, so you can do more of what you want to, and less of what you have to. Like working out to not feel guilty about dessert, or studying Friday night, so you can have fun on Saturday.

You’ll find information on home decoration, effective storage and organization tips (surprise, surprise), and general home life and style posts. Homebodies and self-proclaimed neat freaks will love the Home Organization posts.

On-the-Go Lifestyle

You have a daily schedule, and you’re constantly moving. There’s no time to research the latest trends, figure out best holiday practices, or find unique ideas. On-the-Go Lifestyle blog posts provide answers and are easily accessible, so you don’t have to slow down to solve problems.

We know you’re time-crunched, so these posts don’t suggest outlandish things. We’re here to benefit you, so when you try to do something on-the-go, you can plan appropriately with our advice.

Health Conscious

Healthy eating is important, but so is mental health and staying active. While these posts will include healthy recipes for food and drinks, it will also contain information about relieving stress, the importance of self-care, and tips to maintain an active lifestyle.

We’ll include stress management to help with the holidays (or really anytime you’re around family), workout hacks, and ideas to stay animated while trapped indoors. This section isn’t meant to be active, as in I just ran for five hours - but energetic, as in fun activities for both the indoor and outdoor.

We want to give you a comprehensive view of healthy living, to make sure you continue living life the way you want.

This is Stola

There will be overlap between our blog posts, and that’s okay. Your life isn’t one-dimensional, and we recognize that there are several problems you face. Our posts will offer solutions that translate across the various hats you wear in life, and the multiple jobs you do as a modern-day woman.

There will be one more type of blog post for your convenience, let’s call them an extended “About Us” section. We’re here for you, but, as women who also wear multiple hats, we want to keep you updated on what we’re doing with Stola. This content will involve quick updates about how Stola products and the rest of the website are progressing, as well as any longer posts that give you the more exciting happenings of Stola.

Come behind the scenes with us and learn about our process for introducing Stola to the world. We’ll share all the important milestones with you, from now until our site launch on February 1^st, 2019. And after that, we’ll see where Stola takes us.
