GIVEAWAY RULES

Effective June 24, 2019

Sponsorship and Eligibility

This giveaway is sponsored by HMS Mfg. Co., in Troy, Michigan. There is no purchase necessary to enter or win. This giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are eighteen (18) years or older at the time of entry; however, the giveaway is void outside of the continental United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii and US Territories) and where otherwise prohibited or restricted by law. Employees of HMS Mfg. Co., its affiliates, licensees, franchisees, advertising and promotional agencies and the immediate family members of each are not eligible.

Qualification Period

The qualification period for the prize drawings of the giveaway begins at 12:01 AM (EST) on Monday June 24 2019 and ends at 11:59 PM (EST) on June 27, 2019. The random drawing will be held on June 28, 2019.

Entry Procedures

You are automatically entered if you Like our page and tag your friends. Only one entry per person. No mechanically reproduced entries accepted.

Duties of Participants; Limitation of Liability

By entering, participants agree to be bound by these rules and the decisions of HMS Mfg. Co. which shall be final. All federal, state, and local laws apply. HMS Mfg. Co. and the employees, officers, directors, shareholders, agents, and representatives of HMS Mfg. Co., affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising, promotion and legal advisors are not responsible for and shall not be liable for: (i) late, lost, delayed, damaged, misdirected, incomplete, illegible, or unintelligible entries; (ii) telephone, electronic, hardware, or software program, network, Internet, or computer malfunctions, failures, or difficulties; (iii) errors in transmission; (iv) any condition caused by events beyond the control of HMS Mfg. Co. that may cause the giveaway to be disrupted or corrupted; (v) any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind caused by a prize or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use of a prize, or from participation in the giveaway; or (vi) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the giveaway.

Violation of Giveaway Rules

HMS Mfg. Co. reserves the right to disqualify any participant or winner who, in its sole suspicion, tampers with the entry process, intentionally submits more than a single entry, violates these rules and/or the Site [Terms and Conditions] and/or [Privacy Policy], or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.

Selection of Winner; Chances of Winning

There will be a random drawing held from among all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the total number of entries received.

Description of Prizes

The drawing for one winner will be for the Stola™ Overnight Tote, in a color and pattern randomly selected by us.

Notification of Winner; Substitution of Prizes

Winner will be notified by direct messaging and/or electronic mail. HMS Mfg. Co. will attempt to re-send said direct message and/or e-mail up to two times total. If any winner does not respond to such notification within three days of its transmission, or should the message be returned as undeliverable after two attempts, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate will be selected at random. Winner may not substitute or transfer prizes. HMS Mfg. Co. reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event a prize is unavailable. Prizes are not redeemable for cash. All taxes on prize are winner(s)’ responsibility. Limit: one prize per person and per household.

Permissions

Except where prohibited by law, entry constitutes permission to use winner(s)’ names, hometowns and likenesses for online posting, and/or any advertising and publicity without additional compensation and for us to post the winner’s name online and/or mailed to anyone who may request it. Winner(s) may also be required to sign and return a release of liability, declaration of eligibility and, where lawful, a publicity consent agreement, as conditions of receiving a prize. Failure to comply with the aforementioned conditions shall be grounds for forfeiture of a prize.
