Return and Exchange Policy.

Returns

To return products, you must email stola@hmsmfg.com within 30 days of purchase to obtain a printable Return or Exchange Form (“Form”) to complete and include with your return shipment.   NO refunds or returns of any type will be accepted without this completed Form. For faster service, please have the following information on hand when emailing to request the Form: customer name, order number, product name, and nature of the problem.

To expedite the processing of your refund for the price you originally paid for the product and its applicable taxes, we ask that the products be returned within 14 days from the day we send you the Form via email.  (We will not credit or refund your shipping charges.)  All returned products MUST be 100% complete, contain ALL original tags/packing materials, and be unused and in the same condition as originally received. Also, please include in your shipment with the product your completed Form. You are responsible for shipping charges on returned items.  You must insure the shipment or accept the risk of loss or damage during shipment. We strongly recommend that you fully insure your return shipment against loss or damage and that you use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection.

NO returns and/or replacements of any type will be accepted without this completed Form. To expedite the processing of your return of the damaged or defective product, we ask that the products be returned within 14 days of the date from the day we send you the Form via email.  (We will not credit or refund your shipping charges.)  All returned products MUST be 100% complete, contain ALL original tags/packing materials, and be unused and in the same condition as originally received. Miscellaneous Information

These terms and conditions incorporate by reference our [Terms of Use] and [Privacy Policy].  By visiting this Site and/or by completing the Form, you agree to be bound by and accept all terms and by providing your name, address, telephone number and email address that we can utilize such information to process your return or exchange. 

We cannot complete an exchange, return or refund for products that were designated by us as sale, promotion, non-refundable, discontinued or seasonal.  Also, we do not offer price adjustments.

We do not offer any warranties with respect to the products and services available through our Site.

This and the other policies set forth your sole and exclusive rights with respect to return of products and services that you may purchase through this Site.
