Shipping Policy

Shipping Policy. These shipping terms are accepted by you by placing an order with us.

We ship orders only throughout the continental United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii and US Territories) using United Stated Postal Service, Federal Express and/or United Parcel Service and only Mondays through Fridays, excluding weekends and holidays (New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, July 4^th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. Delivery options will be available at check-out. All shipping prices are quoted in United States dollars. No C.O.D. orders can be accepted. We can only ship and deliver orders to a street address within the continental United States and cannot ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, post office boxes and post office boxes of Military Boxes.

The shipping time frame is contingent upon credit card approval and may be delayed should we experience difficulties in obtaining authorization or have an incorrect and/or incomplete mailing address. The shipment carrier may require a signature upon delivery of the order.

There may be occasional delays beyond the order processing time and we will do our best to notify you promptly of such an event. Please see [Returns and Exchange Policy] for more information.

In addition to any excuse provided by applicable law, we shall be excused from liability for non-delivery or delay in delivery of products and service available through our Site arising from any event beyond our reasonable control, whether or not foreseeable by either party, including but not limited to, labor disturbance, war, fire, accident, adverse weather, inability to secure transportation, governmental act or regulation, and other causes or events beyond our reasonable control, whether or not similar to those which are enumerated above.
